TERMS OF SERVICES
• Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork for non-fungible tokens. Use of artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non-fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.• Clients must settle remaining balances first before prioritizing a new one.• Currency used for all services are in USD.• Clients are not allowed trace, edit, or modify the final product in any way.• I have the right to decline and to postpone a commission if I am uncomfortable or believe that my skills are not enough to draw your request.
• I have the right to use the commissioned artworks for promotion purposes. If you do not want me to post it, please let me know immediately.• I am not responsible for lost/deleted files at the end of the process/transaction. The client must be responsible for their own files. Loss/deletion/misplacement of file does not grant refund.• Final outputs should be for Personal Use Only unless indicated (Emotes, Live2D Model).• Please keep in mind that it takes time for me to finish illustrations. My work time can range between 1 week – months depending on the complexity of the commission.
• I will not accept commissions that include a deadline of 2 weeks or less.• The only time I will refund is if I haven't started the commission.
• NO REFUNDS after the commission.• All outputs will be sent via Google Drive.• These are labeled as “Digital Goods”, which does not require shipping.• By commissioning, the client has agreed on the terms and conditions listed on this page.
-------------------------------------------------REVISIONS
• There will be 3 free revisions during Phase 2 (Sketching).
• Major revisions (re-sketching/re-drawing of parts) won’t be entertained after Phase 3 (Approval & Payment).
• If insisted, revision charge fee will start at 10 USD per revision.
• What counts as a revision?
- Change in the overall composition of the approved work.
- Change/Adjustment in color/saturation/light etc., during Phase 4 (Rendering).
- Additional details added any time after Phase 4 (Rendering).
- Additional assets and or details that were not mentioned during Phase 2 (Sketching) .
- Pose Alterations and etcPAYMENT METHODS
• Payments will be accepted via Paypal and GCash (Local).
-------------------------------------------------COMMERCIAL USE
• All rates stated are the base price for personal use, for commercial usage such as for streaming or merchandise, I will be asking for additional charges.
• Minimum charge for commercial fee will be x2 of the original price.
• Live2D Art and Emotes already has commercial fees.
• Commercial use covers works used for monetization and merchandise (physical/digital items).

For Normal Style (Headshot, Half-Body, Thigh-up & Full body), Full Illustration & Chibi Style)
• Please provide an existing character sheet for your character, it saves a lot of time.
• It is okay to send mood boards/image compilations with written descriptions. Please provide a doc/pdf file or this.For Live2D Models (Art Only)
• Please provide an existing character sheet for your character.
• The model will be drawn part-by-part, not cutting after drawing full art.
• Client must consider my art style if commissioning me for model art.

- Chibi Style: A4 Size

| The client will fill out the order form and send it via Twitter or any of my social media accounts.
